Yes , You are eligible for Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) after passing you Masters of commerce as a not attending student as the minimum eligibility for this course is bachelors degree of any stream from a government recognized college and minimum 50 percent marks(might differ from college to college ) in your graduation .Your non attending degree will cause you no problem and you will be treated equally like other students .
BEd is a 2 years course and the admission for this course is conducted through entrance exams some of them are DU BEd, CUCET, IPU CET , BHU UET.
