Hi Prakash, ISRO doesn't usually take MCA candidates. You need to have a B.E. or a B.Tech. degree. However, you can be hired as an assistant worker for scientists and engineers. Regarding NASA, you will have to develop your own software, get the patent and then apply at NASA, if you are exceptionally well in programming or your software is a landmark achievement, you would be hired.
