Choosing Engineering courses is very difficult , but I can help you with certain tips to keep in mind .
First of all , your interest is what matters .
You have to decide whether coe or ec is a better option for you according to your skills and interest.Also you have to see the oppurtunities ,placement and scope of the subject.
Now coming to take the decision between institutes , you have consider factors like faculties , placement records, study environment etc.
You can check various rankings like NIRF ranking , visit individual NITs and see the past recruiters and placement records , read reviews of students etc.
