There are chances in regional quota.

The candidate who scored 34 marks in NEET 2017 and was allotted a BAMS Medical College seat through 70% Regional Quota in Aditya Ayurveda College, Beed, was originally a OBC candidate who became eligible for a General Category seat.

The last candidate who was originally from the General Category and was allotted a open BAMS seat through the 70% Regional Quota in Maharashtra secured 68 marks in NEET 2017 and gained admissions to Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pusad Yavatmal.

So there are good chances in state quota.
