Your question is quite unclear because there are hundreds of course for Information Technology field including B. TECH, BCA, MCA, M. TECH, etc. It depends on the course as well as college, how much you have to spend on studying.
If you want to pursue B. Tech in IT branch with a reputed college be it IIT's then you might have to spend around 10 to 12 lakhs.
