While both these colleges are top notch, if we compare on an upper level, Baroda Medical college will be better since it has been established way before in 1946 as compared to late 1965 of JLN Ajmer.



The fee structure of JLN Ajmer is also a bit higher than Baroda, faculties being a bit better according to sources.
