No private institutions seats are usually open to students from throughout india but in some states like karnataka and maharashtra a good proportion of private medical college seats are also reserved for state students at a nominal fee than usual private seat fee to promote medical education among the state students.
You can apply to any states private medical college by filling the state application form and applying for the private institutions seats.
