The number of vacant seats depends from college to college and changes each year. You can't really tell how much seats will be vacant.

Look especially in MBM Jodhpur almost all the seats in branches like Computer,IT, EC etc., get filled every year.

You can expect seats to be vacant in non popular branches like chemical engineering & production engineering.

The number of seats with date of special round will be specified on college website or state level newspapers.
