Both the colleges are good for both the trades. Now you have to think first that what you want to do the specialization rather which one is your choice of interest. Both AI and machine learning are the application of CSE.
After all these, if I'm focused about the college then HKBK should be your first preference because of their

- Placement records
- Laboratories
- Facilities
