Hello Aspirant,
See NCERT is the basic and must read book if your are either preparing for NEET or for your boards because the complete syllabus for NEET examination is based on it. Now MTG Fingertips is a good book for final practice but if you have not yet completed your syllabus from NCERT at least then I would not recommend you to go with this book for any of the three subjects but yes if you have completed your complete syllabus of NEET 2021 from NCERT then you can go with it for your practice. However for your reference I am also enlisting down some best practice books for NEET which needs to be considered for your preparation along with MTG Fingertips :-
