Hi,
If you haven't registered for round 1 of 85% state quota counselling then some states provide the scope for registering again for round 2
Those who have already registered for round 1 but haven't been alloted a seat can again opt for fresh choice filling during round 2.
And those candidates who haven't registered at all, can pay the registration fee and again register and participate in the state level counselling.
