Dear candidate
Yeas you are eligible .you have to produce a provisional certificate of your result during your admission to show the administrative that your aggregate in graduation is par with required. Usually admission takes place in July.
I guess till then your college would be able to give you atleast a provisional certificate.

The application has started from today i.e 3rd June 2019. The tentative date for the exam is 30th June and the result is going to come out on 25th July 2019.
