Hello,

Question is not of ownership. The question is of quality of course and the expenditure that you have to carry while studying. There are many government colleges that are best in their quality in teaching, learning environment as well as placements. Also in government colleges you will be able to study with less expenses without compromising with the quality. The major thing is each course may have different quality in different colleges. According to me, there will be atleast one government college in a state that will be having quality education, so you can search in that way.

Sometimes you will come in a state where you have to expend more on your higher studies, so act appropriately.
