Sir Telangana state cut was 443 for 2nd round st. and my score is 442 sir do I have a chance of getting a seat in 3rd round mbbs

Since your score is just on the borderline, there seem to be very good chances of you landing a seat in the third round. Keep a good track of the third list and there are 99% chances you will make it because the difference is only of one mark. However, your rank might depend on the merit list as well.
