Sir there is any special or forth Merit list of degree colleges for the students whom didn't get admission ?

Hello..!!
For those who have qualified their respective examinations but did not get admission in any college, there is a mop up round or spot round in most of the counseling processes held.
You don't need to check the merit list for it, you just need to apply if you're eligible then you will directly get admitted.
