Sir there is no notification on AAI official website regarding recruitment through gate 2019.

YES AAI has not announced their recruitment through GATE officially.It is expected that within the first week the official notification will be released.
But yet nothing is done.
Be patient .It may happen due to some reason it is late ,very soon it will be released.I suggest you to keep an eye on the official recruitment website.

In the mean time you can apply to other PSUs like WBSEDCL,RITES,CEL which have released their notification.
