sir there is sakshi wani written on my 10 marksheet and sakshi diwakar wani on adhar card, I filled neet form according to adhar card details, will it create a problem?

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as there is discrepancy in name in your documents so you are required to make it correct as soon as possible as else it will create problem at the time of counselling or admissions so you are required to make it in same format and it should have same name in each and every documents.
