As per the eligibility criteria for UPSEE, you need to complete graduation or students must be in final year of graduation to apply fo the admission. In your case, you are in the final year.

Few colleges have the criteria of overall aggregate of 50% in 10/12/Graduation. If you fulfill these, you are surely eligible. There is no minimum or maximum age limit for the same.

As per the eligibility the final year of Graduation candidates can apply for UPSEE MBA Entrance Exam. There is no age bar to appear for the exam. You can check the further eligibility to apply for the exam with the given below link.
