Yes you are eligible to appear for CLAT 2019.You are subject to attainment of the required marks in the aggregrate of subjects which is 45 percent and for SC/ST it is 40 percent.At the time of counselling your documents will be verified.
In the application form you just need to mention the year in which you are appearing for your 12th.

Yes, you are eligible to take CLAT if you are appearing in the 12th boards in the same year. You need to score a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in your 12th boards whenever your result is announced this year. Till them you can select the option of Result Awaited or appearing in 12th so that it will be considered only when it is released.
