Hello Sidhant Patra

NTA (National Testing Agency) has issued a notice declaring that 10% Economically weaker section reservation in JEE main 2019. to implement this,NTA will need to know about the eligible candidates beloning to EWS category.Hence ,they are advised to mark themselves such in the application form.

. The certificate will not be uploaded during the registration of jee main portal but you have to upload  the required certificate during the registration of Jee Advanced portal.

If you will not upload the certificate during the registration of Jee Advanced portal, you are not eligible to gain the benefits of EWS and treated as a general category student.

Hope this helps

Thank you
