Cutoff ranks and marks keep on fluctuating every year depending upon many factors like the level of question paper , no. Of candidates appearing for the exam , no. Of seats etc. So , nothing can be said with full surity about the minimum rank for getting a seat in government college. But if we do past year analysis for cutoff trend , a score above 600 and a rank under 3k have decent chances of getting you a sear in Government MBBS colleges. And this minimum rank varies for college to college. There can be a bit variation observed in this analysis.
