alag alag rounds ka ye mtlb hai ki maan lo tmko pehle round me koi college mila per tm nhi gye center counselling karwane kissi bhi reason se or aise bohot log hote hai jo nhi jaate, to unki seat khaali bach jaati hai to us seat ko bharne ke liye firse ek round hota hai, to neeche rank wale bacche hote hai jinko seat nhi mili thi unko seat milti hai...fir wahi same procedure fir koi nhi leta apni seat...bs aisahi kaarwan chalta rehta hai...

Counseling fees first round me Deni hoti hai

Dear Harsh

There are 3 different rounds because all the rank holders won't opt upsee colleges some of them will go and join in IITs NIT's and some in private universities. In order to clear all those vacancies they will conduct 3 rounds. And as per my knowledge, you don't have to pay fee for counseling.

All the best.
