Sir urgent i have jipmer exam today ..i have xerox of adhar card which has name with surname ..but my actual details are according to dob ..

You do not need to panic firstly. If the xerox you have, has different name or photo , then you must search for the xerox of another id proof which has the same details. But if the changes are just in DOB or address or phone number. Then the one which you have will also be fine.
