Sir URGENT ..my roll no. Is not on the merit list of aiims ..that means i cant addmission or i can opt counselling and wait. ?

only those candidates will have their names on the merit list who clear the cut off for their respective categories and will be able to appear for counselling. see this: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/aiims-mbbs-result also appearinf for counselling doesn't ensure seat .

The Merit List released by the AIIMS only has those roll numbers which are eligible to appear for the Round 1 of Counselling.
You can get your result from your respective profile in AIIMS website but that won't mean that you are eligible for Round 1 counselling.
However, if in subsequent rounds of counselling if all the seats in the colleges aren't filled up, then AIIMS would release a second merit list who may apply for the counselling process to get a seat. If your name appears in there, you can surely go for it, otherwise no.
