hello ananda, if you are here asking whether you can apply for BSc Nursing if you had arts in 10+2, then for your disappointment i am sorry but no you cannot.
for BSc nursing, you need to have PCB in 10+2.
although you can go for diploma, ANM and GNM and that you can also have NIOS on demand paper after which you can apply for these courses.

Assuming that you are asking whether or not you can do BSc Nursing course after completing Class 12 from Arts stream, then you cannot.
A bachelors in Nursing requires candidates to complete 10+2 with PCB.
Coming to MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, then it doesn't offer a course in Nursing.

I would like to add here Ananda that to pursue nursing you can always choose to go for Diploma programs, which may or may not require you to have passed 10+2 in PCB. For instance, Christian Medical College says its 'preferable' for a candidate to possess 10+2 in PCB, but not compulsorily required. Hope it helps.

Similarly, you can opt for General Nursing and Midwifery (GMN) and Auxillary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM), which also doesn't make it mandatory for one to have passed 10+2 in PCB and allow candidates from Arts stream to apply.
