For West Bengal the NEET cutoff will be eligible for 85% state quota cutoff offered by government and dental colleges in West Bengal.Hoewever candidates can also apply for the 15% All India Quota(AIQ) to get admission.

Everyone knows how the result has increased this year. There are many factors, like increased number of aspirants, or paper being easy or whatever more factors you can count on.
2017, paper being easy anybody scoring 505-510+ was considered safe to get a government seat in west Bengal medical colleges.
In 2018 again, due to paper being tough, the cutoff came down around 490s.
But this year it's expected to rise and people scoring 515/520+ will be considered safe. And the rest depends on how your state has performed in this year. Hope this helps..
