Dear aspirant,

To get admission in b.tech in NIT Srinagar candidate should have valid JEE mains score. And for getting admission in NIT Srinagar students need to apply from the website of JEE Main

If you are applying for M.tech then you should have valid GATE score and if seats are still not filled then students without valid GAT score should have to appear in an examination conducted by college themselves.

If you are applying for M.Sc then you should have Valid IIT JAM score.

so for both M.tech and MSc students need to apply online on official website of college.

and for PhD students need to appear for an entrance test and have to apply from the official website of the institution to take admission in the college.

so NIT Srinagar has uploaded it's schedule for shortlisting students in MSc program.

The filling of  application form has already been closed   and IIT JAM exam will be conducted on 14 Feb 2021 for which results will be declared in March and the portal will be opened in April for filling application form to get admission in the college.  Then the 1st admission list will be declared on 16 June 2021. And 2nd admission lost will be declared on 1st July 2021. And 3rd and final list will be declared on 16 July 2021.

Now since Jossa is conducting counselling sessions for all the NITs , so the schedule of their counselling is given below.:

Beginning of candidate registration and choice filling    6 Oct 2020.- 15 Oct 2020

Seat allocation in round 1 .        17 Oct 2020

Availability status of seats and beginning of round 2.          21 Oct 2020

Availability of vacant seats and beginning of round 3 .              26 Oct 2020.

Display of vacant seats and beginning of round 4.            30 Oct 2020.

Display of vacant seats and beginning of round 5 .         3 Nov 2020

Display of vacant seats and beginning of round 6.           7 nov. 2020

Physical Document verification at allotted institute              9 Nov to 13 Nov 2020.
