Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 520 to get into Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, a minimum of 480 to get into Mysore Medical College, Mysore and a minimum of 460 to get into Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli.

Well this explains that you have chances of getting a government seat in any of them.
