No one can predict before hand about this clearance of waiting list, as it depends on many factors like what is the current year's cut-off of the institue, how many students have taken admission in the previous list, how many list the institue is willing to display and then your waiting number. Hence, making it really hard to predict about the chances of getting cleared.
