Eligibility Criteria :

• B. A. (Hons.) Social Sciences : A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Age : Your age should not to be more than 22 years on 1st July of the year of admission.

BHU UET 2019 Pattern :

• There will be one Paper of 120 minutes (Two hours) duration which would be  carrying 450 marks containing 150 multiple-choice questions.
• These questions shall cover General knowledge and Current Affairs, General Mental Ability/Reasoning, Numerical Ability and Language Comprehension.
• The Language Comprehension section will comprise of two sets of multiple-choice questions, one each in Hindi and English, where you are required to answer either in the Hindi Language set or the English language set but not both. The standard will be of +2 Examinations or equivalent.
• Each question carries three marks. There will 150 questions in total. Maximum marks of BHU UET 2019 will be 450.
• There will be negative marking. So be careful while answering.
• A non-attempted question will be given zero mark.
• You will get 10 minutes to read the guidelines and to cross-check number of pages, misprints.

How to Prepare :

• I would like to suggest you that you should study the 'lucent General knowledge' as it's very beneficial.
• You can also visit a Youtube Channel named 'Mahamana Education Hub' which is run by a BHU Student. It's really very useful as it contain entrance exam questions.
• Don't forget to read english grammar well. It's a scoring part of the paper.
• If you want you can also buy 'Pratiyogita Darpan' as it contains all the current affairs.
• For the psychology portion, download the 11th and 12th NCERT books. It would be more than enough.
• For sociology portion, download the 11th and 12th  NCERT Books.
• If you prepare honestly for a month(1 month) you are gonna definitely score well.
