Hii ,Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the job opportunity once you do your BE in mechatronics are ,

You can get job related to quality control.

You may work as PLC programming or PLC maintenance area

If you get you job in company related to the industrial robot you will work on the industrial robot ( operation and maintenance)

In companies realted to aeronautics one will work on avionics

these are the jobs once you get a degree in mechatronics.
