sir, what documents are required in iet Lucknow at the time of physical reporting. and, how I get format of anti ragging affidavit of iet Lucknow

The documents which are required for physical reporting in IET are mentioned below:

Seat Allotment Letter from UPSEE 2020 generated after Fourth round of Counseling

b) Receipt of Seat Confirmation Feedeposited.

c) Graduation Mark sheets (all years/semesters for MBA/ MCA)

d) Diploma/ B. Sc. Mark sheets (all years/semesters for B. Tech. Second year Lateral Entry)

e) Class XII Mark sheet

f) Class X SchoolCertificate

g) Category Certificate (for students allotted seat under any particular category shown on allotment letter under allotted category, OBC/ EWS certificate must be issued after 01/04/2020)

h) Sub Category Certificate (for students allotted seat under particular sub category shown on allotment letter under allotted sub category)

1) Domicile Certificate (if passed qualifying examination outside UP)

i) Income Certificate (for students allotted seat under any particular income category EWS and FW category)

j) Aadhar Card

k) Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate

l) Gap Affidavit (In caseof gap in education period)

m) Medical Certificate as per UPSEE 2020 format

n) Character Certificate as per UPSEE 2020 format Note: Original Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate is NOT to be submitted at the time of registration. Original Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate will be required to be submitted at the time of University Enrolment.

10. Affidavits on rupees 10 stamp paper of anti ragging and if there is any gap in study to be obtained by tehsildar (don't worry if not obtained yet because IET has it's own advocate for these affidavits you can also get it from college at just rupees 70 per affidavit)
