Hello Aspirant!

M.Sc and M.Tech are good options after B.Sc (Physics). M.Sc holders can try for research based jobs other than teaching. Research Fellow, Project Associate, etc are some of such job positions. M.Sc holders in Physics or related subject can join as Scientist in ISRO, VSSC, etc. M.Tech holders can try for technical job positions in companies like NTPC, Wipro, Siemens, or BEL.
Most of the people opt for only teaching , but apart from teaching i would suggest you to apply for the post of astro-physician. There is a wide scope for the physics graduates in the astronomy department of our nation. Also, the package they provide is really a huge lump.

Good Luck!!!
