see it does not matter that you are studying in science back ground , students who has completed graduation in any discipline are eligible to apply for mba. now coming to mba course of 2 years duration, admission , you have to first complete graduation in any stream, then you will be eligible to apply.
otherwise you may apply for bba+mba 5 year integrated course , which would lead you to complete MBA course.
IIM jammu, IIM bodhgya, iim indore, iim rohtak offers integrated bba + mba admission.
you need to apply for exams like IPMAT, JIPMAT for admission.

First pursue graduation in which you're interested and after pursuing gradation appear in MBA entrance examination.

See for OJEE MBA the eligibility criteria is:
Candidates must be holding a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50 percent marks. The degree should be of at least three years.
There is no upper limit for the examination
Now as you have PCM then you can go for any graduation course be it BSc/BSc Hons course. Now if you want to make yourself more management oriented then you can go for BBA course. Every year a lot of Engineering candidates appear for different MBA entrances and they do well. So if you have interest then go in Engineering.
