The minimum cutoff for clearing JEE Advanced varies every year . The following is the previous years cutoff -
2019- 25% Percentage of Aggregate Marks that is you need to score at least 25 percent of the total marks that the paper is of .
2018- 25% Percentage of Aggregate Marks
You must also score at least 10 % marks in each subject of the total marks in each subject , for example if each subject is of 100 marks you must score at least 11 in each subject to qualify the exam .

As per the JEE Syllabus you can refer the official site of jee advanced to get the syllabus of exam . The most important topics are as -
Maths - Algebra , Conic sections , Probability , trigo
Chemistry - G.O.C , important mechanisms of organic chemical reactions , properties of inorganic elements , surface chemistry , kinetics , colligative property and basically question can be a mixture of 2 or three chapter .
Physics - See here , questions usually comes as a mixture from many chapters , a problem could be there which involves rotation , harmonic motion , energy conservation , momentum balance , etc .Thus you need to have strong concepts in mechanics and class 12th electro and magnetic related chapters .
