MBBS is a 5 year professional course, where you will have to attend classes for 4 years and last year practice medicine in house surgency. Clearing NEET with colorful ranks might secure you into government medical colleges, but unless you pass the first year exam you cant attend the classes along with your batch, and might have to repeat with your juniors. That might take one more year long for the completion of the course.
Hope that was helpful. Thank you.
