The Jamia Millia University is in the Delhi .the admission procedure for the university is through the jee main examination which is conducted by the NTA.
So the students you are interested to join are required to give application in the jamia milia university web portal . They will be select according to the merit list

Hello student Jmi offers full-time B.tech and B.Arch courses for the duration of four and five years in various disciplines. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 55% marks in aggregate. The admission is based on a valid score in JEE Main. Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is a public central university located in Delhi. It was established in the year 1920 and received the status of Central University in 1988. At present, it offers various UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, Advanced Diploma and M.Phil & Ph.D. courses in different disciplines.
