The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is the conducting body for Karnataka MBBS Counselling. Karnataka MBBS Admission process will start tentatively from the second week of June 2019.

You will have to fill the application form to participate in the counselling and apply for admission. For admission to ESI colleges also, you will have to apply for the counselling.

It would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as the cutoff varies every year from college to college depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, availability of seats, etc.
