Hello The invincible ,

Congratulations for getting such a good rank in JEE Main . I would recommend you to choose Mechanical or chemical in old NITs instead of choosing Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communications in the newer ones because the IT jobs are coming up to a saturation in the next few years .
