First of all, you need to have atleast 50% of your graduations. First of all, for admission, you need to give either CAT/GMAT exam. You must have already CAT exam so you can further apply for admission in Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi. For registration you are required to register at LBSIM, Delhi through a separate Application Form which will be available along with Information Brochure from 6th October 2017 to 31st December 2017 from Admission Coordinator, LBSIM, Delhi.
Candidates are short-listed on the basis of CAT/ GMAT scores, prior academic performance, work experience, and other information disclosed in the Application form. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Extempore, Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview, which will be held during February and March 2018.
The weightage for final selection will be 60% for CAT/GMAT score and 40% for Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview, past academic performance, written ability test and work experience. The result of the selected candidates shall also be displayed on the Institute's Notice Board and also uploaded on the Institute’s website: www.lbsim.ac.in, which is to be declared in the first week of April 2018.
See expected CAT cutoff of college on the basis of last years records can be in the range of 80-85 percentile. As you said that your CAT exam is not good then you can wait for CAT result and try for GMAT exam which will further open numerous of opportunities for you. But I need to warn you that GMAT exam will be completely different and even the cost of the exam is way too high. So, make sure you prepare well for thinking to go for it or else with your CAT percentile you can also look for various other good colleges.
All the Best!!
