Hello Dear Student,

If this is not your final submission then you can still rectify your mistake with online Correction in the SSC CHSL form, I think they will open window for Online Correction in the Registration form after few days.

But if this is your Final Submission and if their is no possibility for Online Correction now then I will suggest you to Call or Email SSC authorities as soon as possible, Only they can help you in this matter but don't get panic, have patience, everything will be fine.
