Dear Keerthi, the closed status is for Basic Registration. Check the status of your Application by logging in to the website with your credentials. If it is 'Accepted' please go to the 'My Account' tab and click on 'Dashboard'. You will see a link there. Use that link to generate a code. This will take you to final registration process. Complete your Qualificaion Details, Address Details, Make a Payment, Select your Exam city centre and then take a print of the final page.
