National Defence Academy Exam is conducted twice every year(NDA 1 and NDA 2) for admission to NDA and NA and on subsequent training join Indian defence forces as officers.
The exam is conducted in the month of April and September every year.
The online application forms for NDA 1 are released in January. And for NDA 2 the forms are released in June every year.
Those who clear the written examination are called for SSB interview, and the reccommended candidates of SSB undergo medicals.
Then a final merit list is released, those who make it to the list are called for training at the National Defence Academy, Khadagwasla.
