Sir when we need to produce OBC certificate for NEET 2019 while filling of online application or at the time of councilling

Hi Saritha,
Caste certificate must be mandatorily shown at the time of verification during admission in a college. Since NEET counseling is online, you don't need to show it in counseling per se. If while filling form, they ask for a scanned copy, you need to upload the same.
