Sir when will be the 2019 nchmct counselling will start

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling will be started from the fourth week of May 2019.
Closing of registration & choice filling for 1st & 2nd round of counseling will be in the first week of june.
Seat allotment will be done on or after 1st week of june.
Reporting at Admission Centres after 1st round allotment for document verification (10th, 12th Passed, Category Cert. if any) in the 2nd week of june.

Sir/mam...my rank is 11143 from obc category will i get a govt college?N in counselling if I get private college and I don't want to take it....will I get my fee refunded?
