Dear Rakesh, The registration window for first round online counselling will begin from 19th June 2019 and end on 24th June 2019, whereas, the second round NEET counselling will begin from 6th July 2019 and end on 9th July 2019. Candidates will be allotted seats as per their merit, rank, category and seat availability.
