Among your all choices, scope of microbiology is huge because of its involvement in various fields like pharmacy, medicine, clinical research, dairy industry, water industry etc.
After doing master's, you can work in both private and government sectors.

Now, let me tell you all the streams you mentioned above hold equal value but what matters most is your interest, i mean what you want to persue.
However, food mechanism or veternery are newer courses in India than biochemistry.
Biochemistry holds higher opportunities at the moment than the two above.
