The answer to this question is very clear. If you are getting branches like CSE,IT, AND ECE in IIIT DELHI then it will be best option for you.



If you are getting other branches than this then choose NIT DELHI.



Both colleges are equally good in academics and infrastructure. Since all IIIT focuses on technological part (software part) that's why I suggested you to choose these branches in IIIT and other core branches in NIT delhi.



Now it's upto you which branch you are really interested and what you are getting with your jee main rank.
