Since you are an Engineer, I would suggest you take a look at NITIE's PGDIE (Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering). The programme covers Operations, Management, Supply Chain Management, IT and Systems, Marketing Management, Finance and Human Resources Management. The programme is open to full time graduates of all branches of engineering/technology. General candidates need to have 60% and the reserved categories need to have 55% in their under graduation. You also need to qualify CAT conducted by the IIMs. Check out more above the programme from the link below.

If you can work hard and qualify for CAT, NITIE is a very good option for you.
All the best

Both the paramteres shoukd be taken due consideration, namely:--
1. selecting top 30 Bschools according To ranks.
2. Selecting Specialization of Your Prime Interest.
Now , for an engineer all fields are equal and can pursue any of them depending upon his passion and interest for the subject, as to how much he can be dedicated throughout the career and how much Value can he bring to organization.
Marketing and Finance both have abundant job opportunities.
You can also take up branches like Operations which is really good and suitable for Engineering graduate.
Make sure you select Specialization which you love the most and colleges under top30 rankjngs given below to gain lucrative career graph.
