It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cut-off. Cutoff changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not, Highest score. Cut-off varies from state to state. It also varies from all india quota seats to state quota seats.
You haven't mentioned your state and the category you belong to. So considering you as a general candidate, the chances of getting admission in government colleges seems low. However, you can get admission in private medical colleges and deemed universities if you want.
To get admission in government medical Colleges you need to score above 500.
